Total shipping charges are as follows: Canada: $7.00 Surcharge Mexico: $14.00 Europe: $17.00 Australia/New Zealand: $27.00 Global Priority Express Mail usually takes 6-10 business days, pending customs clearance.

Shipping rates within the United States: $7.00 (order totals up to $99.00), $9.00 (order totals $100.00-$199.00), $12.00 (order totals $200 or more). There are additional shipping charges for orders being shipped to Canada, Mexico and Europe. Orders are normally shipped via Global Priority Express Mail (USPS). Additional charges: Canada Surcharge $7.00, Mexico $7 (total shipping $14.00), Europe $10 (total shipping $17.00) and Australia/New Zealand $20.00 (total shipping $27.00). Orders ship from our warehouse in Lake Placid, NY. In-stock orders will normaly ship within 2-5 buisness days. Most orders shipping within the United States ship via Priority Mail (USPS). **Please note that "Advanced" Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event Home Video Orders ship approx. 8 weeks post-event. Daily Competition DVD's will normally ship out 10 days post-event.


  • Sales Tax
  • The Sport House charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.Currently The Sport House only taxes orders being shipped to the state of New York (tax rate is 7.0%).


  • Return Policy
  • Customer satisfaction is our main goal at The Sport House. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, we will gladly refund the full purchase price (less original shipping). We ask that you please provide the original receipt and return the product within 30 days of delivery. For Damaged/Defective product, The Sport House, once notified by the customer, will either replace the damaged/defective product at no charge or offer the customer a full refund should that product no longer be available.
